性味與歸經： 辛、苦，微寒。歸心、脾、肺經。
功能與主治： 開竅醒神，清熱止痛。用于熱病神昏、驚厥，中風痰厥，氣鬱暴厥，中惡昏迷，胸痹心痛，目赤，口瘡，咽喉腫痛，耳道流膿。
Borneol 
This is the only one herb that can produce Mint cool smell when it is burnt. The Medical use can be for fainting due to strokes or heat, bunacle, pain in joints, ulceration of the cornea, sores in the mouth, eczema.
